Interview with Sport24

New job and trying to get faster 🏃‍♂️

From a track session this summer

The new year has been good to me and from February I will officially be part of Copenhagen Care Center located at Østerbro right by the running track. Here I will be trying to create a Quality Physio  clinic with two of my good friends. I’m really looking forward to the challenge and the new environment.

On the running front I have been trying to focus a bit more on getting back to the interval training and hopefully get a little bit faster again. During all this marathon training I have build up a really good endurance but I have also gotten really slow.

My legs are really taking a beating from the intervals and I feel sore in a whole new way. It feels good though. I haven’t got any clear race-goal in mind yet, but that will come.

I have really been playing around with the thought though of joining up with a running club or a coach to keep me in check and to have someone to exchange thoughts with. By now I pretty much know what to do but it’s nice to have someone on the sideline.

A few other opportunities and collaborations have opened up and 2019 is looking really promising so far 👌🏻
