It’s getting close – Training Update

Just over 3 weeks to go now until my next marathon adventure and time is flying by. I have my final really long tough session 0f 30+ K’s this weekend and then I’ll slowly start tapering but still keeping some intensity in there.

I feel really blessed and lucky to have made it through all the training leading up to this point – and especially because it has been injuryfree. When I started back up running after my last injury, a couple of months back, this point seemed very far away. I started up running just 2 K two times a week and now I’m back to having 30K+ sessions painfree..

My injury gave me a whole new appreciation for being able to move pain free though – and especially for being able to do the thing I love the most, which is running.

There is always a lot to learn even from the tougher times – and I gotta admit that those months during the injury were not all just positive and it was not always easy to keep a smile on my face..

I have learned a lot from it and feel like I’m a lot more equipped and ready going into this new race..

Then everything just have to fall in line these last couple of weeks ✔⚡
